Job description
Main Responsibilities:
1.All kinds of marketing contracts/agreements draft and review, artwork/packaging design/advertisement review and approval, attending marketing project meeting, participate negotiation, provide training to brand building and brand development colleagues, handle challenges from competitor, authority and consumer, etc;
2.Be responsible for preview and evaluate the potential risk and the crises of the business, assist stakeholders to take the decision
3.Designs and implement training programs on legal topics to enhance legal awareness in all cross functions departments within Beauty & Wellbeing;
4.Works in alignment with other legal team such as global legal, other BU legal, local patent, compliance and brand protection team.
5.Strong business acumen with a commercial business-oriented approach to problem solving, tempered by an appreciation for legal complexity, ethics and risk.
6.Works with and manages external counsel when external advice is required.
Key Required Skills
1.Bachelor degree and above in law or above
2.A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience, in-house working experience with companies in similar industries would be a big plus
3.Working knowledge of advertising, anti-unfair competition, and other laws
4.Solid legal knowledge with business oriented thoughts
5.Fluent in English both in verbal and writing.
