Social Media Manager Intern needed for a Film Distribution Company
6 MONTH INTERNSHIP - UNPAID and FULL-TIME POSITION
We are a London based film exhibitor organisation run by volunteers. We run the hugely successful London Iranian Film Festival and have many other Iranian cinemas, networking and music events running throughout the year. We also specialise in film distribution and licensing.
We are currently looking for Social media manager educated to degree level, recently graduated from or studying for a social media, PR or cinema-related degree. The most suitable candidate should be an excellent communicator, passionate about cinema with an awareness of social media channels. You must be well organised, a strong writer and have an excellent command of written English.
This position is a great opportunity to step into the entertainment and film industry.
Main responsibilities:
- Create regular content for all of our social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
- Increase brand awareness
- Analyse the data on a daily basis to increase our followers and interactions
- Animate a community by replying to the comments and concerns
Requirement :
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to monitor and use a trend to maximise the traffic on both social media and website
- Good capacity of analysis
- Photoshop or other editing software
- A previous Social media experience would be a plus
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
