Job Description
You will join the User Acquisition and Monetization Team , whose mission is to manage user acquisition advertising campaigns and maximize audience monetization (“in-app advertising”). During this internship, you will discover and gain hands-on experience in optimizing the performance of our portfolio of mobile games.
As part of the team, you will contribute to the following tasks:
· Assist in managing our growing catalog of mobile games by analyzing performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
· Support the acquisition of new users through campaigns across major international advertising networks such as Google, Facebook, Unity, and AppLovin.
· Contribute to the optimization of our advertising inventory sales to improve key profitability metrics.
· Share insights and data-driven analyses both internally and externally to support effective portfolio management.
· Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and overall performance.
Qualifications
· You are currently pursuing higher education with a specialization in Digital Marketing, Data Marketing, or a related field.
· You are known for your strong organizational skills and effective communication.
· You are proactive, and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
· You enjoy analyzing results, extracting actionable insights, and suggesting concrete improvements.
· You have solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is a plus.
· You are comfortable with technical terminology such as ROAS, CPM, SDK, etc.
· You have an excellent level of English, enabling you to thrive in an international team environment.

Recruitment process
If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to scheduled a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re the job description matches your profile, but also to what you are looking for.
If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.
Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager and the Senior User Acquisition Manager.
