In Ubisoft, the Data Office (UDO) ensures that Ubisoft has the right data to make informed decisions and supports improvements with high-quality data and efficient data production and consumption . Within this team as the Data Platform director, you will  build a unified and self-service Ubisoft Data Platform. This platform will also integrate components from other DO directorates and business partners, enabling data citizens to work autonomously. 

 As the technical director of Data Platform you will not only work with the team Data Platform bringing the technical vision of our foundamental data services, but you will also interact with all our internal and external partners to ensure that every data solutions in the company are performing as a system and so operate as a cohesive platform, ensuring seamless integration and performance of all data services.

·  Develop maintain & review 'system level' architectural documentation for the UDO - prioritizing technical and functional dimensions.
·  Work with Product and Development Directors to build platform and pipeline startegy.
·  Evolve and promote target technical architecture in accordance with the strategic objectives of the UDO.
·  Work with UDO technical leads and architects to align development to architecture objectives.
·  Represent the UDO technical strategy to domains across Ubisoft and to IT
·  Strong leadership skills, fostering innovation and teamwork among technical experts like architects and engineers.
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to support strategic decision-making and technical oversight.
·  Solid organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure alignment across departments.
·  Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical visions effectively to diverse stakeholders.
·  Resourceful and solution-oriented, able to address challenges while meeting critical deadlines.
