Ubisoft IT is looking for  a Security Team Lead – Organizational Resilience to join the Security & Risk management team, a dynamic team of game, security, and new technology enthusiasts.

You’ll will be responsible to coordinate, distribute and track the work of the Resilience team which oversees the definition, implementation, and operation of all relevant measures to increase Ubisoft resilience with a focus on Crisis Preparedness, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery across all Ubisoft locations worldwide.

Responsibilities

Organizational Resilience

·  Participate in developing and managing programs for Crisis Preparedness, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
·  Identify potential risks, propose mitigation solutions, and bring risks to an acceptable level for management.
·  Contribute to security projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
·  Engage in the creation, review, and deployment of policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
·  Provide technical expertise and support for team and stakeholder questions related to organizational resilience.

Team Leadership

·  Focus on daily operations, providing mentorship and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
·  Communicate team progress, obstacles, and resource needs to upper management.
·  Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical direction to team members.
·  Monitor and evaluate team performance and skills, offering feedback for improvement.
·  Support the training and development of team members to enhance their technical skills and stay updated on security trends.
·  Relevant experience having worked previously in a security and risk management function. (Certifications such as SANS ABCP, CBCP, AFBCI, MBCI are relevant but not necessary)
·  Previous experience in managing teams
·  Ability to communicate verbally and written with different stakeholders, with the capacity to negotiate and influence.
·  Capacity to multi-task and prioritize different tasks as needed as per business needs.
·  Ability to conduct informational training sessions as required.
·  Solid reasoning skills and attention to detail.
