Ubisoft International Production is the headquarters of our network of production studios and plays an essential role in the conception of our games. Closely working with the  top  management  and  our  studios  worldwide,  our  role  is  to  support  the various project teams on different topics (production processes, design, business strategy, marketability, financial planning) in order to enable them to develop high-quality  games  while  maintaining  an  editorial  and  strategic  coherence.  This particular position allows our team members to benefit from a global overview of all our current projects under development.

Online Services Platform Partners team brings to life new online concepts, services, and tools for Ubisoft's production and business teams. More precisely, they conceptualize, build, support, and operate online solutions for Ubisoft’s worldwide Production and Business teams. The team offers expertise in project management, UX & UI design, development, infrastructure, integration, and live support to help Ubisoft teams achieve their online goals. 

 

As a Digital Communication Assistant , you will be attached to the Director of the Development ensuring the content creation and communication around Platform Partners team. You will collaborate within a global and multidisciplinary team of product/project managers, designers, developers, testers and live operations and content specialists to ensure effective communication, team activities and visibility for our internal products and services.

 

Your main missions will be:

·  Create/Proofread and/or edit communications in English for internal articles, presentations, and documents. You will be one of the guardians of the team's style guide for the Online Services Brand Guidelines.
·  Write texts in English for the Platform Partners team that will be published on our internal channels. This may include in-depth articles, Q&A-style interviews, team updates, and news articles around our products, tools and services that Platform Partners create.
·  Create communication strategies and tools (presentations, demos, etc.) to enhance the internal visibility of Platform Partners' products and services.
·  Meet regularly with the different team members to understand their communication needs and propose tailored initiatives related to content creation.
·  Assist in organizing team events and activities that promote engagement and knowledge sharing within the team.
·  Support regular update of team members on product developments and streamline communication across various channels (Outlook, Teams, Confluence, etc.).
·  Update and suggest new means of communication regarding the expertise of the service and our products internally.
·  Fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills in English, French is a plus.
·  Student in literature, creative writing, journalism, humanities, communication, or a related field.
·  Experience in writing, editing, and publishing written content, such as blog posts, reviews, journalistic articles, and news pieces.
·  Experience in proofreading and copyediting, including the use of a style guide to revise texts intended for publication.
·  An interest in storytelling and an understanding of the elements that make a story compelling and relevant to a given audience.
·  Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and responsive attitude.
·  Full proficiency on Microsoft back office tools
·  Strong interest in communication and collaboration tools
·  Autonomous, humble, reliable, willing to learn & provide concrete support to the teams
·  Rigorous and organized to manage different projects within the given deadlines
·  Good organization allowing several projects to be carried out in parallel
·  A passion for video games  is essential !

Recruitment process

 

If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re the job description matches your profile, but also to what you are looking for.

If this exchange is successful, you will be given a case study to demonstrate your technical skills in relation to the opportunity.

If that exchange is successful, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.

Finally, a final interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with the Director of Development.
