As part of the Global Content Creators department within Ubisoft Global Publishing , you will assist in building strategic tech solutions, tools and processes aimed to optimize and capitalize on our operations and campaigns with content creators and influencers. On the brink between business & tech, in this role you will experience working on a large-scale project in a highly dynamic international environment: on a regular basis you will interact with the core team distributed between Paris & San Francisco Ubisoft offices and will collaborate with local influencer managers from across 20 locations around the globe.
Your missions will be:
Project Management
· Participate in project meetings and help keep track of conversations, deadlines, roadmap, and business deliverables,
· Learn to identify smaller problems of a large-scale project, formulate business needs and recommendations to pass on to the right internal stakeholders,
· Prepare regular newsletters on the status of the project to the team and other stakeholders.
Facilitating Internal Operations
· Explore approaches to effectively communicate and interact with creator teams & stakeholders across 20 locations globally to share updates, gather feedback, ideas, and sentiment,
· Help run internal training programs and provide support to the end users and stakeholders,
· Assist with keeping internal knowledge resources up to date.
Benchmarking & Monitoring
· Monitor creators & campaigns management trends in the gaming industry and beyond,
· Assist with building reports on Ubisoft operations involving content creators,
· Perform comparative benchmarking analysis to understand best practices involving content creators.
· Being a student, you have a first-hand experience in Influencer Marketing, Influencer Relations, Digital Marketing, or Project Management (in the context of the above-mentioned fields),
· You possess strong interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and flexibility,
· You would be comfortable dealing with marketing technology topics,
· Your English is fluent (both written and spoken),
· You are an advanced user of MS Office or Open Office,
· Passion for video games industry and gaming content creators is a plus.

· Finally, a face-to-face interview will be held during the Marketing Day.
