Within the Financial Planning department (FP) at Ubisoft HQ, you join a team of 10 as Business Planning analyst. You contribute to the budget elaboration process, monthly reviews of Ubisoft spendings and to the profitability tracking of its various business models.
Your tasks include:
· Throughout the Group’s yearly budget cycle, you consolidate the Group’s PnL and track profitability indicators ;
· In collaboration with the Financial Planning teams of each business Zones, you collect and analyze the monthly and periodic financial reportings by cost categories ;
· You lead the monitoring of financial performance indicators at group level (fixed cost base trends, staff costs, external spendings) and of Ubisoft’s games catalog profitability ;
· You engage with the group financial system administration team to validate the quality of financial data, in sync with the group’s consolidation calendar ;
· You help to elevate the global understanding of group’s financial flows (intercompany billings, analytical reallocations) ;
· You contribute to providing adhoc analysis to top management and Financial Communication department ;
· In the context of an ERP deployment across Ubisoft, you assist the efforts of testing, user acceptance of future solution and end-users training.
Relevant experience
To succeed in this position, you should have solid experience in audit/financial planning, either in a corporate setting or in an audit firm, ideally in an international environment.
Skills and knowledge
· You are rigorous, trustworthy, and love to take initiative.
· You have excellent people skills and know how to promote your ideas.
· Your analytical skills enable you to have a keen understanding of your company’s business model.
· You excel at Excel, and you love discovering and implementing new tools. A first experience with Orable technology a strong plus.
· You speak English proficiently.
