Twyver - Engineer Support (CAD)

Job description

Twyver a specialist Switchgear and Critical Power Solutions provider with over 80 years of experience and a part of the Vinci Energies Group (€13 billion) is looking to recruit a CAD Operative/Draughtsperson to produce electrical schematics, electrical single line diagrams and general arrangement drawings, using AutoCAD Electrical, from the engineers’ designs. 

Up to £25,000 p.a. + Share Scheme + Electric Vehicle Car Scheme + Pension + Healthcare + Benefits

The Role

• Producing electrical schematics, electrical single line diagrams and general arrangement drawings, using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Ordering of parts and equipment.
• Issuing of drawings to production for manufacture.
• Producing final documentation for projects.

Desired profile

The Person

• AutoCAD Electrical experience would be beneficial, training could be provided for the right candidate who is experienced in basic AutoCAD.
• Familiar with LV Switchgear and control panel design, would be a benefit.
• Excellent communications skills as must be able to communicate at all levels.
• Calm professional manner but must have a good sense of humour.
• Positive "can do" attitude. With good attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Microsoft Office skills/experience would be beneficial (Outlook, Word, XL and PowerPoint)
