Poste et missions:
The Group currently operates more than 20 websites. As part of your role, you will be involved in the growth of two separate websites which support our operations in France and three separate websites dedicated to the UK market. These include three lead generation sites and two online shops.
To continue our expansion worldwide, we require a candidate for a Digital marketing role to work as part of a dynamic team in developing and maintaining the following:
- Support website growth and drive lead generation as well as e-commerce
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Manage, update & continually review all website content and visuals, optimising SEO
- Focus on online sales process & lead generation
- applying techniques to convert visits to Leads/Sales and maximise online revenue – day to day management of two e-commerce websites: focus on increasing revenue/AOV.
- Ability to use Google Analytics effectively and interpret/report on results
- Track and report on competitors' online activity
- Monitor trends in digital development and social media, bringing new ideas to life and champion digital innovation within the business
- Interact with various stakeholders, including technical and marketing teams, to deliver optimised and seamlessly integrated campaigns.
- Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports for Management
- Support marketing team to deliver marketing plans & activities
Profil:
- Digital / marketing qualification
- Well-versed in digital marketing best practices
- Excellent e-commerce skills. Experience with Magento 2 is a strong advantage
- Experience in building optimised landing pages
- Experience in creating eCommerce campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and Bing Campaigns – bid management, producing adverts, targeting.
- Experience with Google Analytics to monitor, report, suggest & implement.
- Experience with Website content writing for ecommerce & lead generation using WordPress (SEO articles, infographics, newsletter, eBooks) to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from content.
- Experience manipulating large data sets, and generate powerful insight using Microsoft Excel or Similar.
- Experience with Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Experience with SEO
- Familiarity with email campaigns using MailChimp
- Experience with management of social media channels management and paid campaigns management (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- A basic understanding of HTML, CSS and SQL is a plus.
- A basic knowledge of image editing tools is a plus.
- Communication skills: liaising with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
- A confident, creative self-starter, have the ability to work off his/her own initiative.
