Job Description
· Overall develop, establish and implement elf-Sporti /Classic/HI-PERF brand activities to support business development
· Collect and report marketing trends and evolution plan related to competitors on regular basis to optimize product mix and ensure competitive competency
· Leverage the new opportunities with align to the regulation, technique and competition evolution
· In charge of duel brand strategy, define the marketing plan, implement the plan with close communication and cooperation with trade marketing team, plus other dept. especially sales team
· Support and participate in trade fares and industrial activities in AO segment
· In charge of segment marketing activities and develop marketing kits to support day-to-day B2C business
· Analyze product mix and competitor claims to propose marketing claim of duel brand with competitive advantage
· Consolidate all marketing facts to develop segment tools for communication and business activities
· Design and develop the sales kits to support daily sales activities
· Build up unique selling points for key segment and key products for day-to-day communication from ATL(limit to digital) to BTL
· Develop consumer based kits for multi-purposed trade activities
· Develop all segment marketing related deck to support sales activities including product launching desk, catalogue, brochure, leaflets, product shelf and ect
· Develop the ground activities plan to support key business development, deploy the plan with cooperation with other marketing teams or departments.
· Follow up the product evolution plan to optimize product mix with good balance on COR and NON-COR products
· Support on sales activities (exhibitions, road shows, seminars, workshops) on marketing functions
· Support product manager to develop product datasheet on marketing contents
· Support Total solution team on ‘customer offer’ development
· Ensure complaints in all marketing assets and activities, set alert for improper behavior and propose solution
· Manage the segment marketing budget,include new channel
· Advise the budget for each segment on key activities
· Manage the budget delegated on assets productions and events implementation
· Track spending with liquidation monitoring and KPIs achievement
· Support manage on budget preparation on yearly basis
· Track sales performance with uGMVC tracking, associating with supply chain, purchasing & fin. on continuous profitability improvement
· In each segment, track the uGMVC performance with sales evolution.
· Host the project on product cost reduction with leverage of global and local solutions.
· Support price management team on price guideline definition with bench mark of competitor practices
· Support national segment marketing projects, including untapped market, and other new projects association with new regulations, trends and other changes identified by intelligence team or global projects
· Work close with sales team, supply chain and tech. team on products formulations & optimization, support customer complains solution to improve customer experience Interface with HQ & regional AO segment marketing team on regular basis

Candidate profile
· Bachelor or above degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines, additional diploma on lubricant & chemical is preferred
· Minimum 3 years marketing or product management experience, at least 2 years working experience as a manager role, working experience in lubricants Industry is a must, experience of big team management is preferred.
· Good understanding on Marketing professions, team working attitudes, excellent communication skills and can work under pressure.
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel. Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in presentation & report related tools.
