About the Activities
·  Organization, implementation, and monitoring of the activities required to achieve sales targets
·  Carrying out measures needed to acquire and develop new customers and to cultivate existing customer potential
·  Carrying out measures instrumental to generate new business with existing customers
·  Negotiating and managing contracts with clients
·  Ensuring customer satisfaction
·  Controlling sales, rebates, commissions (non-fuel) in order to maximize revenues
·  Coordination of sales activities with other company’s  units in order to exploit synergetic potentials for successful operations
·  Ensuring that the progress of sales activities is transparent to the management, including forecasts as well as information relevant to market, competitors and customers
·  Attending training and to developing relevant knowledge and skills
·  Be an active member of the transportation community; i.e., attend functions at local events, attend regional and national trade shows

To plan and carry out sales and activities, so as to maintain a solid growth rate of volumes and non-fuel revenues in accordance with agreed business plans.

About the Qualifications / Experience Required
·  Strong selling and negotiations skills – ideally gained within  HGV environment, proven track record of sales wins
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills with the utmost ethical principles
·  Ability to influence across a wide range of buyers
·  Good understanding of buyers behavior and customer decision making process
·  Open mind on new services and online activities
·  Good capacities to use Excel, Internet and CRM software
