Job Description

·    Responsible to ensure relevant H3SE legal compliance to Singapore governmental agencies in relation to projects in the organization.
·  Responsible to furnish H3SE reporting regularly to management, group and governmental agencies respectively.
·  Responsible to cultivate H3SE behavior and promote awareness to stakeholders & contractors in projects.
·  Responsible for HSE pre-requalification of contractors for projects
·   Maintain and generate procedures to comply with the corporate standard; WSH Act & regulation
·   Provide trainings and HSE communications to staff/contractors
·   Work closely with project team to eliminate security, safety, healthand environmental hazards

·   Conduct Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment; Aspect and Impact Analysis, Incident & Accident Investigation

·   Perform investigations and recommend preventive actions

·   Perform H3SE inspections and ensure site supervision for projects at all time

·   Evaluating and reviewing of contractors and sub-con safety program and procedure on site compliance in projects.

·   Maintain H3SE emergency response plan; conduct necessary training & drill in projects.

·   Liaise with statutory agencies & authorities on regulatory requirements& other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

·   To audit the ad hoc activities and PTW to ensure compliance of HSE rules & regulations.

·   To check and approve PTW for contractor work in projects.

Candidate profile

· 
Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Environment/Health/Safety) or its equivalent

· 
Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and FSM with SCDF.

· 
Possess the following certification: Work at height Assessors , Occupation first aider and Confined space assessors is preferred.

· 
Minimum 5 years working experience, in Constructions / Projects, preferably in Manufacturing of Petrochemicall or related process industry

· 
Experience in solar panel installation will be an advantage

· 
Good knowledge in HSE legal and Regulatory Affairs and Compliances in Singapore

· 
Experience in construction/ solar panel industrialization is preferable
