Job Description

Monthly reporting:
·  Prepare and publish Flash results, variance of fixed costs, Time-Chart vessels analysis, evolution of volume sold
·  Carry out dashboard and KPI (GMVC, Operating Income, Net Operating Income) 
·  Presentation of the results to the top management thought PDF Report
·  Report the PNL to Paris  Quarterly closing (specific tasks):
·  Explain the variance of Net Operating Income (Direct management) and Working Capital (direct management)
·  Analyse the evolution of our customers and suppliers accounts, oil price evolution, payment outstanding Accounting:
·  Insure the consistency of P&L 
·  Fill and check SAP figures 
·  Inform the accounting department of the accruals needed each month
·  Tracking the fixed costs for between entities Long term plan:
·  Develop a simulation of the forecasts based on top management expectations
·  Prepare PowerPoint presentations for all departments and Direction committee in Paris Hedging:
·  Understand and follow our positions on the oil market, in order to cover the physical risks Other:
·  Validation of payments and customer profile

Candidate profile

·  3-5 years of experience in controlling
·  Good understanding of IT tools (SAP)
·  Strong knowledge of Finance concepts, and hedging
·  Ability to adapt to foreign cultures and multi-international oriented mind
