We are a small company with a friendly/flexible culture and are looking for a Marketing Admin Intern for 6 to 8 months that's excited about learning, growing and advancing in a team environment. The role is likely to convert into a permanent position also dependent on performance.
Purpose of the role;
To provide all forms of administrative, logistical and analytical support to the company as well as work on the website, social media,marketing and development of the company.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Take responsibility for day-to-day administration tasks,coordinating with agencies, assisting with meetings,followups with landlords etc.
Completing administrative tasks e.g printing, packing envelopes,collating materials,filing,writing letters etc.
Managing the website,social media and marketing of the company.
Assist in the development of the company by talking to prospective landlords , finding new development sites, making contracts, negotiating price, working on planning etc
Self-starter (take initiative of the marketing administrative tasks)Good numerical skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Effective presentation skills - Good organisational and time-management skills - Creativity - Enthusiasm and passion for administration and marketing - A strong desire to learn and develop new and existing skills - digital marketing and adobe suite experience would be beneficial
