What you’ll do
As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will lead the design, architecture, and evolution of enterprise-scale video infrastructure and network platforms. You’ll own large, complex initiatives involving IP-based camera systems, NVRs, and secure network configurations. You’ll guide other engineers, set technical direction, and drive innovation in video streaming, storage, and analytics. You’ll be responsible for engineering resilient, secure systems and solving escalated technical challenges with precision.

What you’ll need

Responsibilities:
Architect secure and scalable IP-based video infrastructure across enterprise environments
Lead engineering efforts for VLAN segmentation, PoE provisioning, and switch configuration for optimized video traffic
Define and enforce security protocols including encryption, authentication, firewall rules, and VPN access
Own deep troubleshooting using packet capture, log analysis, and performance diagnostics
Guide firmware lifecycle management and remote diagnostics for cameras and NVRs
Drive integration with VMS platforms and third-party systems via APIs
Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical growth across the team
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security policies, and operational excellence
