You’ll help manage bookings, check documentation, and support smooth cargo flow into Australia. No extensive experience needed—just great communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import booking approvals and provide timely feedback to freight forwarders.
Review and audit import documentation for accuracy, ensuring alignment with internal PO systems and Australian Customs regulations.
Collaborate with the Trade Compliance team to verify product and documentation compliance.
Communicate with freight forwarders and third-party providers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of bookings and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems, reflecting the status of compliance checks and booking approvals
