We are currently looking for a RAD Sales Manager to join the Thales TCC team in Piscataway, NJ.

Key Responsibilities;

· Responsible for the development & growth of order intake & sales by identifying & securing new projects while increasing the client portfolio & maximizing gross margins according to the annual key performance indicators
· Writing of executive reports including the monthly activity, planning, meeting minutes and market analysis
· You will be involved in multiple & parallel business cases covering the entire geographic region
· You will be the cultural interface when visiting with customers in their factories or at the Headquarters in France
· Regular reporting of all information gathered in a synthetic way to the VP Sales. This information will also feed the Marketing team with precise market data & Supply Chain with accurate business forecasts
· Assist the Management in establishing the business development strategy on the area of responsibility for the RAD segment
· Ensure understanding between Clients & the Company

Skills and Experience;

· A 4 year technical degree required or a minimum of 10 years B2B and B2G sales experience
· 10 years minimum experience in sales including export, B2B and B2G
· Responsible for several million dollars of sales per year
· Experience in selling high-value electronic components, equipment or sub-systems to OEMs with the ability to interact with the customer's R & D teams to facilitate winning design against competition
· Experience in the Medical Sector with an established professional network is a plus
· Experience in identifying customer and internal technical contacts for an understanding of customer needs in order to optimize after-sales activities
· Know how to organize your missions according to budget constraints
· Experience in the monthly & regular updating of commercial forecasts allowing the adaptation of production according to the needs of the Market
· Active involvement in contractual negotiations: leading preparation with legal, finance & product specialists
