TGS - Multi Category Buyer- fix contract- 12 months (m/w)

Job description

Telefóncia Global Services (TGS) has been founded in 2010 with the aim to simplify the international  procurement processes and to redirect procurement as a value-adding unit within Telefonica. As an autonomous organization, TGS is responsible for all procurement negotiations with global suppliers of Telefonica S.A. as well as for supplies of Telefonica Germany.
 

DEPARTMENT

Global Customer Care - 12-month contract

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·  Manage certain negotiation processes / categories as requested by TGS Manager
·  Manage delegation/awardings on budget addition cases (Case 2, Case 3) for a large group of category. And provide support with Supplier registration and RFX publication.
·  Collaborate with Corporate Processes Unit in monitoring the correct application of Procurement norms.
·  Identify potential efficiency improvements in the current Process and Systems in the Telefonica Procurement Model.
·  Execute ad-hoc support to the area Head of on selected activities (i.e. reporting).

 

KEY SKILLS

·  Bachelor’s degree or a medium-level qualification in Business Administration an advantage
·  Knowledge on Telefonica Procurement Models: Norms, process and IT tools especially regarding the Global Purchasing Committe.
·  Knowledge of the management of Telefonica e-commerce platform.
·  good communications skills in written and spoken.
·  good analytical skills
·  Advance user of Excel
·  Customer oriented
·  Organized person - able to mantain multiple taks under control and capable of prioritizing
·  Team worker
