Your area of responsibility

The infrastructure private equity investment team of Swiss Life Asset Managers is managing a €3 billion infrastructure investment program on behalf of Swiss Life and external clients. The mandate is focused on direct investments in infrastructure assets in OECD countries.
The highly dynamic and international team is based in Zurich and consists of 14 investment professionals with extensive investment experience in infrastructure and private equity. The team is hiring a Product Specialist Infrastructure with the following responsibilities:

Coordinate sales activities/road shows with local sales teams and/or placement agents
Coordinate Due Diligence from potential investors
Coordinate legal docs negotiation
Draft/update marketing materials
Keep sales teams/placement agent updated on team/portfolio developments
Coordinate marketing activities with local/group comms teams with engage existing investors
Provide input into important product trends (strategy, terms and conditions, structures)
Provide input on timing of fund launches
Guest in the team internal Investment Committee
Coordinate deal syndication to third parties

Your profile

At least Bachelor's degree or comparable education
Experience in private equity funds sales and marketing or transaction experience. Experience in infrastructure is a plus
Commercially driven personality
Excellent demeanor towards clients and prospects
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German. Other language skills are a plus
Excellent skills in PowerPoint und Excel
