Your area of responsibility

We are the most successful Swiss asset manager in the European insurance sector. Swiss Life Asset Managers provides asset management services in Switzerland, France and Germany. We manage the insurance assets of the Swiss Life Group and the capital of major investors and investment funds.
The position is in Swiss Life Proprietary Insurance Asset Management Switzerland, which is responsible for managing the proprietary insurance assets. It is an extremely varied and responsible role in a small and motivated team:

Monitor and analyse different business sectors
Fundamental credit analysis of specific issuers in allocated sectors
Active contribution to the formulation and implementation of the credit and investment strategies

Your profile

Successfully completed university degree (finance/economics, law or natural sciences)
Professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM desirable
Approx. 5 years of professional experience as bottom-up credit analyst (or equity) or portfolio management
Advanced knowledge of Leveraged Loans and/or High Yield Bonds
Pronounced analytical skills and capacity of conceptual thinking
Sound expertise in application of technical tools such as Excel or Bloomberg
High engagement, ability to work under pressure, mental resilience
Good communication skills and team-minded
Business fluent in both English and German
