Duties and responsibilities: Design and development of Dashboards and Cockpits for various Business Units (Finance P&L, Planning reports, Operative KPI reports for Call Center and Marketing) Source validation, automation and publishing of weekly, monthly and quarterly Dashboards Development of QlikView apps and SAP BusinessObject reports in collaboration with IT Maintenance of SAP BEx Analyzer Reports Transformation of ad-hoc analysis into standard reports Development, testing, maintenance and publishing of reports in Excel, using SAP BI, SAP Business Objects, QlikView, Medallia, flatfiles and other data sources as input Accuracy, quality and data consistency assurance for all reports Training and supervision of nearshored team members
Qualifications: Strong analytical and communications skills Structured, solution oriented and independent working style Used to build relationships and rapport across all levels of a matrix based organization Experienced in reporting projects planning and execution Advanced knowledge of reporting best practices Highly motivated and committed personality Used to work under pressure University degree Fluent in German and English spoken and written
