Shared Business Services Team Leaders

Within the Global Supply Chain organization, the Shared Business Services team plays a pivotal role in enabling the smooth execution, coordination, and improvement of critical supply chain processes across the company.
The Team Leaders within SC SBS are responsible for ensuring operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement across global supply chain activities. Interacting with teams across Europe and Asia, these roles require strong collaboration, process discipline, analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively across time zones.

Job Purpose

The Team Leader – Reporting and Continuous Improvement Support is responsible for leading the team supporting KPI reporting, end-to-end analysis, and continuous improvement activities across Shared Business Services. This role provides visibility on operational performance, supports the two other pillars, and transforms data into insights and actions that contribute to stronger supply chain execution and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Run the engine – Transactional and Operational Execution

·  Oversee the timely production and maintenance of operational KPIs and reporting deliverables.
·  Ensure data availability, consistency, and quality for recurring reporting activities.
·  Support the execution of reporting routines and performance monitoring cycles.
·  Provide operational support to the Order Management and Master Data / Control Tower pillars as needed.
·  Ensure reporting activities are delivered in a reliable, structured, and compliant way.

Connect the dots – Process Support and Coordination

·  Coordinate with the two other pillars to consolidate data, reporting needs, and analysis priorities.
·  Support cross-functional discussions by providing clear reporting inputs and performance visibility.
·  Facilitate alignment on reporting standards, KPI definitions, and data usage.
·  Contribute to the preparation of management reviews, dashboards, and performance follow-up meetings.
·  Ensure effective communication between operational teams and stakeholders requiring reporting support.

Make it better – Analysis and Continuous Improvement

·  Perform end-to-end analysis across supply chain processes to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
·  Translate KPI results and operational data into insights and actionable recommendations.
·  Support continuous improvement initiatives through structured analysis and performance tracking.
·  Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis with the relevant teams.
·  Contribute to the development of scalable reporting practices and improvement mechanisms.
·  Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.

Profile & Skills

·  Strong analytical background with experience in KPI reporting, performance monitoring, or business analysis.
·  Good understanding of supply chain processes and end-to-end operational flows.
·  Ability to synthesize data and translate it into clear insights and actions.
·  Strong communication and coordination skills; able to support multiple stakeholders.
·  Structured, rigorous, and proactive mindset.
·  Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
·  Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and continuous improvement activities is a strong asset.
