Shared Business Services Team Leaders
Within the Global Supply Chain organization, the Shared Business Services team plays a pivotal role in enabling the smooth execution, coordination, and improvement of critical supply chain processes across the company.
The Team Leaders within SC SBS are responsible for ensuring operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement across global supply chain activities. Interacting with teams across Europe and Asia, these roles require strong collaboration, process discipline, analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively across time zones.
Job Purpose
The Team Leader – Order Management is responsible for leading the team supporting end-to-end order management activities within the Shared Business Services organization. This role ensures the reliable execution of order confirmation processes, customer link validation, and related support activities, while driving consistency, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the order management flow.
Key Responsibilities
Run the engine – Transactional and Operational Execution
· Lead and monitor the operational execution of order management activities with accuracy and consistency.
· Manage order confirmation processes, including SAP aATP PAL exceptions.
· Monitor daily operational flows and ensure timely resolution of exceptions and urgent issues.
· Maintain high standards of data accuracy, system consistency, and process compliance.
· Support business continuity through reliable execution and team coordination.
Connect the dots – Process Support and Coordination
· Provide coordination and operational support for SAP aATP PAL loading and validation.
· Support order management process activities across stakeholders and interfaces.
· Ensure adherence to defined operating procedures and process standards.
· Follow up on open actions, process dependencies, and escalations to closure.
· Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and best practice sharing.
· Facilitate communication between business and supply chain teams.
Make it better – Analysis and Continuous Improvement
· Analyze order management data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
· Lead TBA rescheduled and RD/PLD gaps analysis.
· Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to order management.
· Track recurring issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
· Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving reliability, efficiency, and scalability of the order management process.

· Strong understanding of order management and supply chain execution processes.
· Experience in operational coordination and transactional process management.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
· Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Leadership capability and ability to guide team members effectively.
