Job description
To develop new Power products. Focused on testing program definition, implementation, debugging and release to production. Analyses of data to define datasheet conditions and limits. Power devices Test methods development and implementation, Electrical characterization of the power devices. Releasing and management of MPI/TPD and the PDP deliveries. Definition of testing roadmap. Product industrialization, yield optimization for MC30 release.
Profile
It is needed knowledge on semiconductor Physics and power transistor structure and operation, power transistor characterization, power device test methods, Circuit analyses, Microsoft office and PRIS DMS use. It is appreciated the knowledge of semiconductor assembly/testing production process. it is appreciated knowledge of programming language. Attitude to a very dynamic job: candidate must be able to switch between tasks and priority according to divisional/BU needs. The Job requires availability to business trips to production plants/customers if needed.
