Job description

1. To be responsible for ASSY process optimization to maximize the satisfaction to the customers requirement.

2. To cooperate with division for new product qualification and release mass production

3. To analysis product data and take out the improvement action plan.

4. To address or troubleshoot all process related problems with the right use of 8D to prevent or eliminate all known and unknown risk and sporadic problems.

5. To establish and provide simple, clear and relevant trainings, working rules or instructions to operators and technicians operating equipment and process in the right and safe manner.

 

Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree or above on electronics and mechanical engineering with good communication skills and oral & listening English.

2. Strong sense of safety, quality and continuous improvement, be proactive, learn by doing, learn to learn, good personal quality and team work spirit.

3. Be familiar with problem solving tools like 8D, Why-why, FMEA, DOE and so on.

4. Cross-functional communication skills & excellent project management ability.

5. Experience on production is preferred.
