Job description

M Testing engineer is to lead and develop testing technical team and take in charge of testing process management and improvement to ensure production output without comprising quality, service, cost and safety. It is needed to support both CSP 15M/d ramp up and TPAK 50K/d production.

a) To develop and establish the right process recipe and conditions for the right equipment and product for engineering trials and mass production use.
b) To ensure good control and continuous optimization of process parameters through risk assessment (FMEA) of manufacturing process with the right use of statistical tools and methodology.
c) To develop and drive continuous process improvement plan targeting yield, cycle time, equipment throughput and anything that helps to improve quality, service, cost and safety of the process.
e) To cooperate with division for new device qualification and update programs with good yield performance.
f) Low yield analysis and communicate with division/MRB team for quality control.
g) To monitor testing yield and feedback to front end or assembly for product quality improvement.

Profile

Related technical knowledge or skills in electrical engineering area;
Good communication skills;
Basic English communication skill.
