Job description

Reporting to one of the Senior Controllers, the candidate will be mainly responsible:

- To support the overview of the weekly Activity of the Fabs (3 Production Areas)
- Analyse both for Actual vs Targets assigned the activity evolution for the Manufacturing Perimeter followed for.
- To perform the variance analysis between targets and achieved results.
- To follow the evolution of selected KPI in order to have full control of the entire business.
- To streamline, digitalize and optimize existing processes and accounting tools.
Support senior Controller in a day by day activities.

Profile

Master Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs (especially Excel) with basic SAP knowledge (especially modules FI, CO and MM) as a plus.
English business language skills are mandatory.
Almost 3 years of experience in manufacturing activity as a plus.   
Analytical mindset and care of details.
Strong communication skills and an independent, proactive and structured approach to work.
Team work and problem solving skills.
Ability and flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.

 

Other skills (not mandatory):
Good knowledge of MS Access database
