Job description (job content)

·  Assist Internal Communication Manager in multimedia strategy development in China (including video creation and editing, podcasts for leadership communication in internal digital platforms)
2. Design and implement the global multimedia projects in each site of China region
3. Monitor the yammer engagement index and provide data analysis report on regular basis
4. Assist Internal Communication Manager in event planning, implementation and promotion for strategic projects.

Profile (candidate's skills)

1. High level of English proficiency, being able to handle translation (English-Chinese and vice versa) in a timely manner
2. Digital savvy, with social media operational experience (yammer, wechat) preferred, understand the language and communication trend of generation Z.
3. Knowledge with photoshop for photo editing will be a plus
4. Good content planning, innovative with creativity
5. Interested in learning the technology and products from the semi-conductor industry
