YOUR ROLE

As a Field Application Engineer, you will help customers successfully adopt ST UWB, NFC, and Secure Element SoC solutions in their products. You will work closely with application teams, Sales, and Marketing to resolve technical issues, support customer integration, and provide the technical expertise needed to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.

·  Troubleshoot technical issues together with application teams and support root cause analysis and resolution.
·  Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide technical Q&A and customer support.
·  Prepare application notes, technical documents, and other support materials for customers.
·  Train customers on the usage of UWB, NFC, and Secure Element technologies, as well as implementation based on ST chips and solutions.
·  Contribute to the growth of our business as a field engineer by supporting successful customer projects and design wins.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Proven experience as a Field Application Engineer (or similar customer-facing technical role) in embedded software, connectivity, or secure solutions.
·  Relevant prior experience in NFC and/or UWB software stack support, with a solid understanding of Secure Element principles.
·  Experience in embedded software development, including RTOS and/or bare-metal environments.
·  Experience with Android OS development is a strong plus.
·  Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support customers in technical issue resolution.
·  Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
