Job description

·  Work with engineers to develop new test setup for quantum film-based photodiodes.
·  Design and implement appropriate test protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
·  Implement automation scripts for testing and perform code reviews.
·  Execute and document test protocols and report results.
·  Analyzing device electrical and materials data and communicate the key findings to the team.
·  Develop methods and tools to analyze data sets.
Develop test structures for electrical characterization of thin films and devices.

Profile

·  Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, mechanical engineering or related discipline
·  Strong hands-on lab skills.
·  Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
·  Capable of balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks and project
·  Knowledge of optical, electrical, and structural characterization of thin films.
·  Experience setting up, running, and analyzing hands-on tests and characterization.
·  Experience with software such as JMP, MATLAB, Python, and/or other common programming languages is required.
·  Must demonstrate flexibility, self-direction, and self-discipline to plan and accomplish objectives and meet deadlines with limited supervision
