JOB ROLE :

The candidate will work on the evaluation and characterization of elementary
components of BCD technologies under development (CMOS and DMOS transistors, OTP cells, capacitors) and on the characterization of dielectrics (SiO2 thermal oxides, IMD, PMD, phosphosilicate glasses, polymeric materials). He/She will be involved in the early evaluation of device failure modes with particular focus on hot-carrier induced degradation of MOSFETs. He/She will contribute to the development of reliable degradation models to be released in technology design kits. He/She will also support technology development, to identify component architectures satisfying reliability requirements.

Profile

JOB PROFILE :

The candidate should have a Master degree in physics, material science or physical engineering. Knowledge of semiconductor physics, electronic devices and electrical characterization methods are required.

Good knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory.

Skills in computer programming and numerical modeling are highly appreciated.

Attitude in problem solving and team working is also required.
