 POSTING PRESENTATION:

STM Bouskoura is seeking to recruit an engineer to work on Automotive Operations
(ADG products) & MRB (Material Review Board).
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the below:
- Delegate in Bouskoura to support the ASSY MRB process (regular meeting) of the
Non Conforming Lots (NCL material) in ASSY.
- Assure that the right methodology is in place (8D and risk assessment).
- Support the MRB to guarantee the proper loop closure is activated (assuring
prevention processes are activated).
- Detailed data retrieval, analysis and reporting is performed. Assist the MRB TEST
meetings and support for MRB activities.
- Ensure the process is in line with the specifications and detailed data analysis and
reporting is performed as requested
- Ensure the timely resolution of process related quality issues through the Teams
coordination.
- Support general actions for yield enhancement, QIP, Focus groups and
Transformation programs, Trials executions and timely completion, Machine setup
enhancement, Equipment qualification, Efficiency and Improvement plans (Cycle time,
Cost reduction, New materials, MRB process, PCRB process, etc.) in cooperation with
Manufacturing and All involved functions.
- Provide reference, through the sharing of standards and knowledge, for
Manufacturing processes, Reliability, Crisis management, Risk Assessment.
- Sustain the information sharing between Local manufacturing teams in Bouskoura
and APG counter-parts organizations through the Management Reporting of Key
Indicators.
- Consider compliance with all relevant EHSE requirements (Environment, Health,
Safety and Energy) when deploying the Automotive culture and methodologies in
Bouskoura.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Be knowledgeable on basic electronics (analog & power)
- Preferably have experience in semiconductor industry processes (Assy & Test)
- Be proficient in Statistical Data Analysis
- Have good problem solving capabilities
- Be able to work well within a team
- Be willing to take a challenge and work in a very fluid environment.
