We created Chift in April 2022 after signing our first customers. In 2023, we were selected among the "Future 40" best companies of Station F. Now, we just closed a funding round with international investors.
We have amongst the biggest European fintechs as clients and we aim at being the European leader in our field.
Things are moving fast and we want to surround ourselves with passionate and positive people to grow in a good atmosphere. We aim to hire 10 people by the end of the year.
You'll be working closely with the 3 co-founders and the first team members. It is a unique opportunity to participate in such a growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities:
You will have a key role in our company as you will be at the heart of our clients' satisfaction. We seek a proactive individual who is ready to embrace responsibility , with a strong focus on assisting our customers in successfully implementing Chift’s solutions.
You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success team, but with a strong focus on the technical aspects. From the very first onboarding meeting, you will guide clients in identifying the optimal approach to integrate Chift into their environment, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge for successful implementation. Additionally, you will work closely with our Product & Growth teams, acting as a true facilitator to help scale the solution with our customers.
Here is an overview (not exhaustive) of your responsibilities:

Supporting new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to production

Designing tailored solutions with customers, leveraging Chift’s platform capabilities
·
Be a true pillar between Chift’s teams (Product & Growth)
·
Partnering with our tech team to develop and refine new integrations and features that meet client needs
·
Contribute to the development of technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices

Profil recherché
·
Graduate in Business Engineering, Computer Science or Self-taught.
·
Minimum 3 years of experience. Startup experience in a fintech in a similar role is a BIG plus.
·
Technical knowledge:
· Understand how different technical components work together (e.g. API, Security, …)
· Technical experience in accounting, ecommerce, POS, invoicing or payments is a BIG PLUS!
· Knowledge of APIs and integrations is a BIG PLUS!
· Knowledge of SQL is a PLUS!
· Knowledge of Python is a PLUS!
·
Beyond technical knowledge, a keen interest in business logic is needed as you will have to quickly understand the client’s use cases, with the ability to translate them in technical solutions.

Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills , including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
·
Strong project management skills, autonomous , strong attention to details and excellent problem-solving skills are characteristics that defines you
·
You should not be scared of developing supporting documentations & flows to empower your technical solutions
·
Thirst for knowledge ; you love challenges and are eager to learn new things. Moreover, you want to understand the different technologies used to have a good overall view of the solution.
·
Startup enthusiast: the environment is more rock and roll than a corporate job. You need to be open-minded, resourceful, curious, and enjoy collaboration.
·
Having an ownership and "doer " spirit: the small size of the team will allow you to take the lead on different subjects.
·
Language:
· French native
· English and Dutch are always a plus.

Informal call with Alexandre, the Founder Associate. Just to see if there is a mutual fit with Chift and your career's ambition.

First call to with Henry, the CTO. This step is to get to know each other's will and motivation, but also challenge a bit more your technical knowledge.
·
Technical case study with Henry, the CTO.
·
Culture/Fit meeting with Gauthier, the CEO and Matthieu, the CCO.
