Job Description

Kinetix is looking for a Business intern for a 6-month period , starting from June 2025 or September 2025.

As a Business Intern at Kinetix, you’ll join the Business team and work directly with the Business & Marketing Manager on a diverse set of missions across strategy, product, and marketing.

This internship is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth deep tech startup at the heart of Europe’s generative AI ecosystem. You will have a significant impact on how Kinetix grows its technology and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Product Research:

· 
Conduct product benchmarking across AI video platforms and GenAI technologies for character animation

· 
Support competitive analysis and help map emerging trends and key players

· 
Track developments in the video diffusion and motion tech spaces

· 
Map relevant communities, thought leaders, and potential partners

· 
Provide input for investor, sales, and partnership materials

Product Development & Launch:

· 
Assist in the product development process by gathering insights, analyzing feedback, and suggesting improvements

· 
Help write product documentation

· 
Contribute to product storytelling from a business/marketing perspective

Marketing & Social Media

· 
Support the creation of content for LinkedIn and other platforms (videos, posts, images)

· 
Build and manage the content calendar

· 
Run social media benchmarking and performance tracking

· 
Suggest new content angles and creative formats based on trends and best practices

Preferred Experience

You have the ideal profile if:

· 
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business or Marketing from a top business school or university .

· 
You have a first experience (internship or relevant professional project) in marketing, product, or business strategy.

· 
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.

· 
You are genuinely passionate about innovation, AI, Generative AI, and particularly the emerging field of GenAI video.

· 
You are comfortable managing multiple topics simultaneously, from strategy to content, with strong organizational skills.

· 
You are curious, analytical, and enjoy exploring new products, technologies, and market trends.

· 
You are proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

· 
You enjoy working as part of a small, agile team and contributing to high-impact projects.

· 
You care about details and always aim to deliver high-quality work, whether it’s research, a social post, or a slide deck.

Recruitment Process

We like to keep things efficient and human. Here’s what you can expect:

Initial Interview

A first meeting with the Business & Marketing Manager (your future manager) to get to know each other, discuss your background, and explore your motivation for joining Kinetix.

· 
Business Case Presentation

A second interview where you’ll be asked to prepare and present a short business case. This will help us better understand how you approach product, market, or content-related challenges — and give you a glimpse of the kind of work you’ll be doing.

· 
Final Interview

A short conversation with either our Head of Growth or our CEO to discuss your fit with Kinetix’s mission and culture.
