Job Description

Mindflow is a fast growing startup, we went from 11 to 40 people last year.

We hire French and international profiles so we need you to be fluent in both languages.

Responsibilities:

· 
Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

· 
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications.

· 
Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.

· 
Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.

· 
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the hiring process.
