 About the role

This role is all about caring for and growing with our customers in the North American market (Canada and US). 
To do that, you will be there to answer our clients' questions and build strong relationships with them which will allow you to successfully identify new business opportunities and guide them more efficiently. 


 Your daily tasks

·  Communicate with customers to understand their needs, and help them through email/phone calls
·  Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect
·  Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
·  Liaise between the customer and internal teams
·  Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
·  Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
·  Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
·  Increase customer retention and upsell
·  Manage & resolve complex customer situations
·  Build and improve dashboards and workflows to simplify the teams’ performance by automating repetitive tasks
·  Design and implement efficient reporting to Management, including analysis of retention metrics and improvement suggestions

 You are a fit for this role if you... 

·  Have a sales mindset and analytical skills to leverage data in decision making processes. 
·  Have a natural ability of developing relationships and caring for your clients. 
·  Have previous experience in account management or sales. 
·  Are confident when it comes to interpersonal and collaboration skills. 
·  Feel excited about working in a fast paced environment focused on scalability. 
·  Show a clear understanding of Greenly’s offer and values
·  Speak English as your first language (French is a plus)
·  Are located in Paris and comfortable working on shifted hours (for access to the US market).
