GETMIPULPA is a subscription service that sends recipe boxes to prepare healthy breakfasts and allows people to create a healthy and flawless morning habit (eco-friendly packaging, organic leaf-vegetables, affordable superfoods, personalized gut-health profile,.. ). Thanks to GETMIPULPA , the mornings become less stressful, people feel more energetic, they go less to visit the doctor and come back to buy new recipes every month.

The company was founded at the end of May 2015 in Colombia by a resilient couple, no big school, but a lots of heart and human sense in the company.

GETMIPULPA did not perform any fundraising, it's 100% bootstrapped, and we still have all the control and we can implement all our ideas, the sky is the limit. Job Description

Yoda means encouraging practices and ways of working that honor the whole person. Feelings, thoughts, physical attributes and in some cases spiritual aspects of life are celebrated. What You'll Do

All colleagues are obliged to do something when they sense an issue, even if it’s outside the scope of their roles. That usually means talking about the problem or opportunity with a colleague whose role does relate to the topic. It’s considered unacceptable to say: “Somebody should do something about this problem”, and leave it at that. Besides that you'll do:

·  Build a world-class merchant platform
·  Write robust and well-crafted code that you can be proud of.
·  Become a product owner for our client facing application.
·  Scale the team by developing existing team members and attracting world-class talent
·  Provide technical guidance and leadership for a fast-growing team
·  Engage with key business stakeholders to define the roadmap and vision
·  Collaborate with the sales & operations team to define and execute on efficiency improvements
·  Strive for the best customer experience through technical and product decisions.

·  You are able to knowledgeably discuss performance, security, and user interactions within complex systems
·  You love to build delightful and accessible user experiences using web technologies

·  You practice thoughtful feedback, regular dialogue, and collaboration as fundamental skills on our team.
·  You have a B.S., M.S. in relevant field OR 3+ years of Front-end experience.
·  You are eager to building and explore global frontend applications
·  You have dextery in the foundations of the web: vanilla JQuery, HTML5, CSS3
·  You have deep understanding of REST principles and experience working with and implementing backend APIs
·  You have proven experience with documentation, unit and integration testing
·  BONUS: You contribute to open source projects OR volunteer in social endeavors.

Recruitment Process

·  Screening of the CV and cover letter
·  Call for Pre-Qualification
·  In person or remote appointment: real cases and personality interview with every potential hire getting a two-hour introduction to self-management
·  Informal meeting with 5 to 7 getmipulpa colleagues. After this last step, a hiring proposal usually follows within 24 hours :)
