As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Tech team and contribute to building a robust, scalable, and secure product.

Job Description

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in the technical evolution of our platform. You will work on feature development and production releases, collaborating closely with the Product, Dev, and R&D teams.

Tech Stack

You will work daily with:

· 
Backend: Python (FastAPI / microservices), RabbitMQ

· 
Database: PostgreSQL

· 
Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, Cloud (GCP/AWS), monitoring & observability

· 
Agile environment: GitHub, Jira, Sprints, Code reviews

Missions

In collaboration with our PM, Tech Lead, and Dev team, you will:

· 
Develop and maintain backend features across all our products.

· 
Participate in microservices architecture and overall platform structuring.

· 
Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality, performance, and security.

· 
Work closely with the Product and Dev teams to analyze needs and propose robust technical solutions.

· 
Ensure adherence to best practices: testing, documentation, monitoring, code review.

· 
Participate in mentoring more junior profiles.

Preferred Experience

· 
3 to 5 years of experience in backend development.

· 
Excellent command of Python.

· 
Good understanding of distributed architectures and messaging communication (RabbitMQ or equivalent).

· 
Strong experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.

· 
You are autonomous, rigorous, and proactive.

· 
You want to build powerful and scalable solutions in a demanding and stimulating environment.

· 
Bonus: experience with frontend (React) and customer support.
