Descriptif du poste
We're looking for a curious, resourceful, and driven apprentice to join our Solutions team. You'll learn alongside our Lead Solutions Designer, gain hands-on experience in enterprise AI automation, and contribute to real customer projects from day one. Location: Paris, Station F — minimum 3 days per week on-site.
You are joining a >15 people RevenueOps team.
We are the leading enterprise agentic AI platform in Europe, with core expertise in cybersecurity and IT automation. We do not build only Agentic Workflows, we build (real) Autonomous Agents. Our core engine links LLMs with dynamic toolchains through 150,000 different operations (across 4,000+ integrations), letting each agent call several APIs dynamically and decide its own next steps.
You will work with our Lead Solutions Designer, AI Agent builders, Data Scientists (PhD), Sales team, Product team, and Customer Success team.
Key Missions
Presales Support
·
Support the Sales team during prospect meetings and demos.
·
Help prepare tailored demos and technical presentations showcasing Mindflow's value.
·
Assist in RFP responses and solution briefs under the guidance of senior team members.
Solutions Engineering
·
Design and build AI agents and automation workflows for customer use cases (SecOps, ITOps, CloudOps, BizOps).
·
Create enablement content: demo flows, documentation, blog posts, and webinar materials.
·
Contribute to the Mindflow community through real-world insight and content creation.
Product Discovery
·
Capture customer feedback and field insights to inform product development.
·
Participate in cross-functional workshops with Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
·
Help shape product roadmap with real customer context.
Profil recherché
Must-have
·
Ongoing master's degree or final-year engineering course, with personal or school projects that show drive.
·
Cybersecurity background (degree, certifications, or coursework) OR significant hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
·
Experience with APIs, JSON, and basic scripting.
·
Strong problem-solving mindset — curious, resourceful, and autonomous.
·
Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, and automation.
·
Good communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly.
·
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-have
·
Either (more than one will be greatly appreciated):
· Familiarity with SecOps tools (SIEM, EDR, CTI, Firewalls, NDR, IAM, etc.).
· Familiarity with IT (ITSM, CLM, Helpdesk, …).
· Familiarity with BizOps (CRM, Productivity, Project management, Collaboration tools, Data analytics and reporting tools…).
·
Side projects that show a builder mindset.
·
Basic programming skills.
·
Active on social networks, sharing insights on AI and automation.
