Join Opale in transforming the way bankers and investors work with cutting-edge AI solutions. We’re looking for a dynamic intern who can engage with financial institutions, understand their challenges, and showcase the power of AI to enhance their workflows.

What You’ll Do:

Engage: Build relationships with bankers/investors/analystss, uncovering their workflow pain points and demonstrating how Opale's AI agents can drive efficiency and insight.

Be a Trusted Expert: Establish yourself as a credible interlocutor in solving customers’ specific problems (e.g., public company financial research, M&A advisory, company diligence workflows).

Lead Impactful Demos: Deliver tailored product presentations, asking the right questions to uncover needs and showcasing Opale's capabilities in ways that resonate with each client.

Shape the Narrative: Partner with our product team to develop compelling content that speaks directly to the unique demands of different financial sectors.

Champion the Customer’s Voice: Translate industry insights into actionable strategies for the sales team and provide valuable feedback to the product team, ensuring our AI solutions continuously evolve to meet customer needs.

Preferred Experience

You are in your final year at a top business or engineering school and have:

· 
A significant internship (minimum 6 months) in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate M&A.

· 
Hands-on experience in M&A analysis: financial reports, broker notes, SPAs, LOIs.

· 
Proficiency in industry tools such as CapIQ, MergerMarket, etc.

· 
Experience producing strategic documents: investment memos, teasers, information memorandums.
