We're creating a platform that helps people use AI in powerful ways without needing to code. Our technology lets users coordinate many AI agents to work together on complex documents. We're growing quickly (10x in just 6 months) and looking for talented people who are excited about practical AI applications.
Descriptif du poste
·
Identify high-impact business use cases (HR, finance, legal, R&D, etc.) with experts and turn them into deployable AI templates.
·
Build the product verticalization logic: bundles, onboarding, scoring, explanatory content tailored to each business sector.
·
Launch and manage the Thinkeo App Store (categorization, business filters, preview, fork, call-to-action).
·
Design the product growth infrastructure: dynamic onboarding, in-app emails, activation sequences, adoption measurement.
·
Analyze usage by business vertical: land, expand, upsell. Adapt the roadmap based on feedback.
·
Collaborate daily with product, sales, and content teams to ensure a seamless experience and clear positioning.
·
Example deliverables: ready-to-use AI template for RFP responses, automated onboarding process by sector, adoption tracking dashboard.
Profil recherché
·
You love creating useful, concrete, and understandable solutions.
·
You understand business needs (HR, finance, procurement, legal, etc.) and know how to turn them into great products.
·
You are analytical, rigorous, obsessed with clarity and quality of results.
·
You have already tinkered with or built things using no-code, AI, or dev tools (Notion, Figma, Webflow, Hubspot, etc.).
·
You enjoy managing a project end-to-end, from concept to deployment.
·
You are curious, service-oriented, and show initiative.
·
Openness: no need to be an AI expert, but you are motivated by learning and owning complex topics.
