We're creating a platform that helps people use AI in powerful ways without needing to code. Our technology lets users coordinate many AI agents to work together on complex documents. We're growing quickly (10x in just 6 months) and looking for talented people who are excited about practical AI applications.

Descriptif du poste

· 
Define and refine Thinkeo’s narrative : You’ll shape how we talk about what we do, why it matters, and how we help. This includes messaging for our website, product, sales materials, investor decks, and key customer conversations.

· 
Translate product into stories : Each use case, app, or deployment is an opportunity to create value through content—whether it’s a case study, a playbook, a demo post, or a reusable template.

· 
Lead our external presence : You’ll take ownership of our communication channels: LinkedIn, the App Store content layer, our website, and our newsletter. Your role is to make sure Thinkeo is visible, clear, and credible in every relevant conversation.

· 
Identify, test, and validate our key messages by segment . You'll run lightweight experiments—campaigns, landing pages, formats—to figure out what resonates and what doesn't.

· 
Work with clear performance metrics . You’ll track and learn from data: CTRs, cost-per-lead, time-to-conversion, retention by app/template, and more.

· 
Continuously iterate on our personas and ICPs . You’ll use field insights and product usage data to adjust targeting, refine assumptions, and focus our efforts where traction is real.

· 
Act as Thinkeo’s public voice: From writing to publishing, from idea to execution, you’ll help build a consistent content engine that amplifies our product and our positioning, week after week.

Profil recherché

· 
You write with clarity, purpose, and structure —in both English and French. You’re able to articulate complex ideas, craft a product narrative, and connect with both operational users and decision-makers.

· 
You know how to build content that serves a purpose . Whether it’s a landing page, a case study, a demo script, or a paid ad, you can adapt the message, tone, and format to the objective.

· 
You care about results . You test ideas, analyze performance, and adjust based on what works—not what sounds good. You’re comfortable using metrics like CTR, conversion rate, or retention to guide your decisions.

· 
You understand product dynamics . You’re able to dive into a use case, identify what’s valuable, and turn it into a story or asset that drives adoption and growth.

· 
You have experience with both organic and paid acquisition channel s. You’re not afraid to run campaigns, track KPIs, or challenge positioning with data.

· 
You’re comfortable setting up simple analytics and tracking workflows (GA4, HubSpot, internal dashboards), or working closely with someone who does.

· 
You enjoy working closely with product, sales, and GTM . You know that great marketing doesn’t live in isolation—it’s built with people on the ground.

· 
You’re curious and pragmatic . You don’t need to know everything about AI or B2B software, but you’re willing to learn fast and stay grounded in real use cases.
