Job Description
The job
Your day-to-day together with our CEO Héloïse
You can expect to spend 60% of your time in sales & operational tasks and 40% of your time in strategic and finance tasks. You will work directly with her to support strategic decision-making and execution of business initiatives.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and refine the company's strategic vision and goals. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to achieve these objectives.

Get out there: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, including lead generation, prospecting, and sales outreach. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Project Management: Take ownership of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project progress.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Provide the CEO with valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and investors. Represent the CEO and the company at meetings and events when necessary.

Financial Oversight: Assist in budget management and financial analysis. Work with the CEO to ensure fiscal responsibility and monitor financial performance against goals.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.

Preferred Experience
You…

…studied for at least a few semesters and ideally have some work experience.

…ideally have past previous experience in startups, consulting, or another fast-paced environment.

…have a strong willingness to try and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.

…are creative and have fun with a team that has the ambition to grow!

…are hungry: you don’t need to know everything but you should have a strong appetite to learn new expertise and improve skills

…speak professional French and English: our working language is English, you will also sell in French with the team.

We are placed in Paris and love working together, but remote is also possible.

One internship is so short…we offer the opportunity to stay on the team in part-time as a working student or full-time employee.
