Founded by Florian and Gregor , Neurobus is a deep-tech startup focused on creating low-power, real-time embedded systems for autonomous operations , leveraging neuromorphic computing . Our solutions enable intelligent decision-making and enhanced monitoring capabilities for space situational awareness, satellite operations, and autonomous driving. Neurobus works with industry leaders such as Airbus, ESA, CNES & Mercedes-Benz.

Job Description

As a key member of the Neurobus team, you will assist Florian (CEO) in various tasks related to strategy, fundraising, technical development, and market positioning.

·  Hands-on Project Management :

* Own a key project, such as developing the space payload or integrating neuromorphic systems .

* Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies for government and aerospace contracts.

·  Strategy & Fundraising :

* Assist in preparing the business plan and pitch materials for fundraising.

* Analyze new business opportunities in the space-tech and aerospace sectors.

·  Content & Communication :

* Manage LinkedIn and social media to promote Neurobus and its cutting-edge technology.

* Contribute to the creation of technical content for publications and presentations .

Preferred Experience

Education :

·  Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier engineering or business school, ideally focusing on AI or embedded systems .

Skills :

· 
Autonomy, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

· 
Strong skills in communication and strategic analysis .

· 
Knowledge of artificial intelligence , neuromorphic computing , and autonomous systems (a plus).

· 
Good project management and technology scouting abilities.

Languages :

·  Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).

Recruitment Process

Interview Process

·  First Interview :

* Meet with Florian (CEO) to discuss the role and responsibilities.

·  Technical Interview :

* Discuss the company's ongoing projects  and challenges, especially in embedded systems and AI.

·  Final Interview :

* Meet with the founders and possibly other key team members to assess cultural fit and motivation.
