Descriptif du poste
Neurobus is entering a pivotal stage as it prepares its seed fundraising round and scales its technology and operations. We’re looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Founder Associate to work directly with the executive team on strategic and operational initiatives.
This role places you at the heart of a fast-growing deeptech startup, with direct exposure to key decisions on fundraising, partnerships, product strategy , and market development .
Profil recherché
Required Qualifications Education : Master’s degree (Grande École / top-tier university) in Business, Engineering, Economics, International Relations or related field.

Experience : 1–3 years in consulting, venture capital/investment, business development, technology project management or startup operations.
·
Languages : Full professional proficiency in English and French .
·
Skills :
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proven project management experience.
· Excellent written and oral communication; able to create investor materials and high-stakes presentations.
· Proficiency with Excel/Sheets for financial modeling and PowerPoint/Slides for pitch decks.
Preferred Qualifications
·
Previous experience in a deeptech, aerospace, defense, or emerging technology company or environment.
·
Track record of preparing grant or public funding applications (Bpifrance, EU, ESA, etc.).
·
Familiarity with intellectual property strategy , contract structuring or partner negotiations.
·
Comfort with basic financial analysis and startup metrics (runway, valuation, KPIs).
Bonus
·
Dual background in business and technical domains (e.g., engineering + business).
·
Hands-on experience with neuromorphic computing, event-based vision, or AI/ML .
·
Prior involvement in a seed or Series A fundraising process from the company or investor side.
·
Existing network in the aerospace/defense ecosystem or with investors in these sectors.

Business Interview (1h30) – In-depth discussion with the CEO.
·
Cultural Fit (1h) – Conversation with our CEO about vision, values, and alignment.
