Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Python developer to reinforce our team and contribute to our mission to deliver the best platform to our Users.
With 5 years of experience in backend development, you master the coding, testing, and deployment best practices . You are willing to thrive in a constantly evolving environment and be a driving force for your team by ensuring clear and effective communication.
You will join one of our squads and implement our Product Major Initiatives to reinforce Sekoia's top European positioning in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Your missions :

Collaborate with product management, Frontend and Infrastructure teams to build our platform at scale.
·
Innovate to tackle complex technical challenges using industry best practices.
·
Guide & Support team members to foster professional growth and continuous learning, embrace our culture of feedback.
·
Challenge yourself and others. Explore new techniques to improve development processes.
·
Deliver valuable new features to our users.
The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.
Preferred Experience
We are excited to meet you if :
·
You have 5 years professional experience in back-end development , ideally in Python
·
You are autonomous in your technological watch and you are up-to-date with latest standards (FastAPI, REST).
·
You ensure code quality by following good development practices and performing unit tests.
·
You participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
·
You demonstrate architectural thinking.
·
You have strong communication skills .
·
You are driven by simplicity and efficiency
·
You are proficient with modern SaaS technologies : Docker, Kubernetes / Databases (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse) / Queuing (Kafka, Celery) / Caching (Redis)
·
You’re curious about new trends and technological developments.
·
Writing automated tests (Jest, Playwright, etc.) is something obvious for you.
·
You write and speak English fluently
Bonus points :
·
You have experience in cybersecurity
·
You have experience working with LLMs
·
Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker ecosystems is a plus
