Greenly is a B corp certified software company founded in 2019 by Alexis , Matthieu and Arnaud .
Our platform streamlines data collection and analysis through integrations, making the calculation of carbon emissions accurate, intuitive, and affordable.
Every day, we work with the goal of enabling companies to commit to a carbon reduction trajectory and to engage their entire ecosystem (employees, clients, suppliers) around their climate strategy.
Greenly supports clients within all industries. Currently working with over 2,500 clients , our assistance goes beyond basic carbon assessments by also including services such as Green IT, lifecycle analysis (LCA), and compliance with SBTi and CSRD initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in scaling processes and ensuring efficient ongoing finance operations. Your passion for detailed and impactful work will help Greenly advance its mission.
Your goals and KPIs:
· Ensure accounting supplier invoices are promptly processed and managed.
· Maintain accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
· Participate in the monthly financial closing of operations effectively.
· Collaborate on projects within the accounting department to enhance efficiency.
· Help us scale the team!
Daily Responsibilities:
· Receivables Management: Take the lead in refining processes and utilizing tools to enhance payment reminders and streamline collections.
· Internal Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships across departments to coordinate and improve receivables management.
· Accounting Closures: Spearhead the establishment of efficient procedures for quarterly and yearly financial closures, serving as the primary liaison with external accounting partners and spearheading audit processes.
· Invoicing: Guarantee prompt and accurate invoicing of transactions, innovate processes, and drive automation initiatives using our invoicing software.
· Accounts Payable (AP): Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices, meticulously track these transactions, and manage employee reimbursements.
· Responsible Purchasing: Lead projects focused on responsible purchasing practices to enhance sustainability and cost-efficiency.
· IT Inventory Management: Oversee the tracking of IT assets and develop policies to optimize equipment management and usage.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES NEEDED TO SUCCEED
· Proven experience in an accounting or financial role.
· Strong business acumen, complemented by a proactive and organized approach.
· Excellent communication skills and adept at cross-team collaboration.
· Adaptable, accountable, and driven by a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Passionate about continuous learning and a staunch believer in the power of constructive feedback.
· Comfortable working in French & English (C1 Level).
