Job Description

The Event Marketer will be instrumental in designing, coordinating, and executing events that enhance our brand and engage our target audiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives loves organizing and planning ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage all aspects of events, from concept to execution, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.

· 
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure event themes align with strategic objectives and product messaging.

· 
Negotiate with vendors and venues to manage budgets and logistics.

· 
Create engaging event content, including presentations, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.

· 
Measure event success through analytics and feedback to continuously improve future events.

· 
Maintain a calendar of events and manage pre-event promotions and post-event follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

· 
Fluent in French and English

· 
Loves organizing and is detail oriented

· 
Has examples of organized events in personal or professional environment
