We're looking for a Marketing & Event apprentice that will help us to  develop and promote the brand image  of our  cybersecurity solutions .

At the heart of the  Sekoia.io  Marketing team, your role will be to  use creativity  and  marketing tools  to help  Sekoia.io  achieve its business objectives.

Your Missions

· 
Act as a  Webmaster : update website & blog content, publish and manage articles, Improve SEO, correct site anomalies, and support the monthly newsletter.

· 
Assist the marketing manager in planning and executing targeted  email campaigns  using a Marketing Automation Tool (Marketo).

· 
Take ownership of  webinar operations : set up campaigns (invitations, reminder emails), coordinate logistics (with partners and speakers), manage the webinar room, and work closely with Sarah, our Event Manager, for coaching and knowledge transfer.

· 
Support  marketing content creation : design email campaigns, build and optimize landing pages, draft newsletters, illustrations and videos.

· 
Assist with  community management : prepare and schedule LinkedIn posts and other social media communications.

· 
Monitor and report  digital marketing kpis  in support of the team.

· 
Contribute to ongoing improvements of our  digital marketing processes , tools, and best practices.

Position based in Paris (remote work 1 day/week or when the team is offsite).

Ideal apprenticeship schedule: 3 weeks in office / 1 week remote or several consecutive months on site.

Preferred Experience

  We are excited to meet you if :

· 
You are a student in a  Business school  pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Digital Marketing , or a related field.

· 
You have at least  1 year of experience  in an apprenticeship or internship within a tech, SaaS, or B2B e-commerce environment.

· 
You have a good understanding of  Marketing Automation, Marketo knowledge is a plus!

· 
You know  lead generation techniques , SEO, and SEA, as well as site management tools (WordPress). Being familiar with GTM and GA4 is a plus.

· 
You are creative and skilled with visual content creation tools like  Canva, Figma , or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Having skills in video creation is a real plus (PlayPlay)!

· 
You have strong writing skills in  both French and English . Excellent & professional communication skills in French and good professional English are necessary.

· 
You are  enthusiastic ,  curious , and have an  analytic mindset

· 
You are passionate about the technology sector and are  curious about cybersecurity .

· 
You have  excellent organizational skills , you like to work in autonomy, and can work and be responsive to multiple requests.

· 
Team spirit  is important to you. You have a positive attitude focused on solutions and are eager to contribute to projects.
